My roommate attempted to book an appointment to have her windshield looked at after something cracked it.
Before even bothering to allow her to bring her car in to see what could be done, based solely on the description she gave over the phone, the person on the other end of the line told her that her windshield had to be replaced entirely.
They came to that decision before bothering to even look at the car in person. She tried calling back a while later to ask questions as to why they wouldn't inspect the vehicle before coming to that decision, it took her several unanswered calls before

It took me a while to get my truck to Ian , however now that it's complete , I cannot say enough good about Ian and his crew .
Short notice is cool with Ian ,although as courtesy please schedule an appointment with him ,not that it hinders professional installation either way .

A couple of months ago I had a rock hit my windshield and it made a huge crack. After talking with Ian he was able to help me very quickly. I was very busy and wasn't able to go to their shop so he came to my shop and was able to swap out my windshield with a brand new one in less than 2 hours. Thank you for being very professional and prompt with your work! I haven't had any issues with my new glass.
