Artisan Home Services is a family owned and operated LLC established by Michael Lentz in 2002. Michael entered the trade of plumbing by attending trade classes in high school. In 2006, Michael received his Masters Plumbing License. In 2011, Michael attained his NATE certification (North American Technician Excellence) for heating and air conditioning which brought him to the highest level of certification in the trade.

Water heater tank cracked and started leaking 8am on a Saturday. Artisan plumbing came out at 2pm, rerouted gas line, removed water tank, replaced with new, installed shut off valve. FInished up at 7:30 pm, 5 1/2 hours later. Made sure everything was working and we were satisfied. We were satisfied! Other reviewers mentioned Brett by name. He was the one who worked all the way through. He knows what he's doing and really enthusiastic about sharing his knowledge.

I can see now why this company has so many 5 star ratings! Mike and Rob were great, friendly, and honest. They actually answered the phone, which is amazing in today’s world and came the next day. Did a thorough job and did not leave a mess. Highly recommend them over other local companies!
