Just called in the girl who answered said she was just filling in because the boss was “golfing” (on a Thursday at 1230) ..told her we had kind of a plumbing emergency, she said she’d call me back…called me back and said they were all booked up and couldn’t get there today…

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with the plumbers who came to my house! I called about a cracked shower pipe in my basement and in one hour I had plumbers at my house fixing the issue!! No diagnostic fees or emergency service fees, I just showed them the issue and it was fixed. Also they saw another issue with a different pipe and offered to fix that too. They were friendly and professional and the price was very reasonable!!! I would definitely recommend and call them again. Do yourself a favor, save time and call this company for your plumbing issues!! Thank you for the wonderful

Excellent plumbing repair in Sturgis MI! I called to see what they could do for clogged drain, and they had a tech here within a few hours. There was no minimum charge, the tech quoted a price, I agreed to it, and he fixed the problem right away. The tech was clean, courteous, and someone I was comfortable having in our home. He left the area cleaner than when he arrived. The customer service person on the phone was great, and communicated each step of the way. They just won my repeat business!

We were dealing with a system that was ridiculously noisy and inefficient. I called out Hometown Heating & Plumbing, who sent out their technician. He was extremely professional and polite. We decided to replace the system. He and his helper knocked the job out quickly, leaving us with a whisper quiet system. I would recommend them to anyone with HVAC needs.
