Very pleased with the business at first. Very friendly and prompt. I have asked Nick to call me for 3 weeks now since I have a couple of questions about the system in my new house. I don’t like to leave negative reviews but have called 5 times with no response.

Installed gas lines on the same day to a few people in our neighborhood. I don’t know about the other guys, but he did not do that great work for me. He did not seal the hole around the pipe, until he was pointed to this obvious defect. Even though he was given this work on a silver plate, charged a service fee, 135 bucks. During winter, when the furnace stopped working, this guy was nowhere to be found. Obviously greedy, work is mediocre, access is questionable. Good luck if you decide to use him. There are much better companies in the area.

Our basement heating went out just before the holidays. I called NJK Heating & AC after getting a referral from Electro Industries in Monticello. Great referral! "Call Nick at NJK... he'll know just what to do." Nick was knowledgeable and kind, taking time to educate me on what went wrong. I can't say enough about his wife, Molly, who runs the office. She was easy to talk to, prompt and helpful. Wonderful business!

We arrived at home on a hot summer afternoon to find our A/C not working. With friends coming up to enjoy the lake I was worried we would not be able to find someone to fix the A/C. Those worries went away with a call to NJK. Nick came out to our place late Friday (the same day) afternoon and promptly fixed our unit. NJK will be the only HVAC contractor we use moving forward.
