Unfortunately, zero stars and/or a thumbs-down aren't options. This is the most incompetent group of amateurs I've ever worked with. I sold a home 3 months ago. Three phone calls and two refunds later ... I STILL can't get them to stop deducting HOA fees from my bank account. How much harder can this possibly get???
