Our doctors have decades of experience when it comes to serving the smiles of Spring Hill, and they are truly passionate about providing only the highest level of care. This is why, to this day, they continue to educate and train themselves in order to continually improve our patients' results. At Family Dental Associates, we offer groundbreaking treatment options, including mercury-free and metal-free fillings and crowns, complete implant dentistry, and IV sedation. However, it's really our technique that sets us apart.
Dr. Kelly is the newest member of the Family Dental Associates team as of January of 2019, and she can't wait to help people from all over the Spring Hill community and beyond love their smiles at last through her dedicated care approach. After attending Hope College in Holland, MI for her undergraduate degree, Dr. Kelly achieved her Doctor of Dental Surgery at Meharry Medical College School of Dentistry in Nashville, TN.
We couldn't be more excited to bring on Dr. Kristin Schmitter, who has been working in the dental field for over 11 years now! The office staff and dental hygienists are wonderful, supportive, and kind. Dr Chapman was amazing, but the new dentist is not. I had a routine filling in a painless tooth turn into a 3+ week nightmare, and yesterday I was told there was nothing else she could do. I haven’t slept in 2 nights due to pain worse than natural childbirth, and now I’m waiting until
Monday for a referral and an inevitable $1,000+ root canal. I avoided going to the dentist for years due to previous dental trauma, but this experience tops them all.

I just moved to this area and was looking for a new Dentist. I found Family Dental Associates and was able to make an appointment online. As soon as I walked in, they made me feel like I was family. My initial appointment was due to pain my tooth. Dr. Kelly was wonderful in coming up with a game plan to help me feel better soon! I also received a deep cleaning and Payten did an excellent job. It was the best cleaning I have ever had. Everyone is so kind and I can honestly say that I'm looking forward to my next visit!

Absolutely found my family’s new dental office. Such a friendly environment and very welcoming. Ashley greeted me immediately with a huge smile and was so helpful with all the new patient enrollment. Cassie was wonderful as well making me feel comfortable through the whole process of X-rays and cleaning! Couldn’t be happier with the experience!

Family dental was recommended to me from a friend and so I gave them a shot. The staff is very friendly and always professional. They always get me in and out quickly. Some providers solicit products after every visit but this practice is very knowledgeable and doesn’t force anything on you. My experiences have been so consistently pleasant that my wife has recently converted to Family Dental. It’s a great practice!

New patient!! I had such a great experience!! Payten was a fabulous hygienist! Dr. Kelly was very knowledgeable! They made me feel so comfortable and answered all my questions! They spent time explaining everything until they made sure I understood it! Can’t wait to go back for my next cleaning visit!

I have tried several dentists around town over the years and just haven't found that one that really stood out until now. Ashley was super sweet and got me an appt super quick for lost filling. Angela was super sweet and Cassie too! I've found my new dentist! Nice office, nice staff, and great communication.

Erika has been my hygienist for several years, she is very professional and highly qualified in my opinion. Plus, she is a lefty and so am I. Us lefties have to stick together.
Actually everyone at Family Dental are wonderful, friendly and caring. One thing I like best is that when I walk in the door, you are not a stranger, its like being a family member. And Ashley, has handled our insurance and scheduling needs with the greatest of ease, always with a smile, even though we can't see it for the mask now. Great staff!!!!!
