Score Sports Center

We left this club due to the fact they are continuing to charge full price plus yearly upgrade fees but do not offer full amenities nor any upgrades in 2 years. The staff working here is great, too bad the owners don't live up to what they offer. So beware. Also after my wife's review they called impersonating an attorney threatening us. Well I just called my attorney let him listen to the voice mail and he laughed. This message is lawyer approved.

Place has a terrible rating for a reason. Absolutely horrible ownership. The showers and bathroom in the locker room are literally boarded up. Every other gym has these open to their members. Pool, sauna, steam room all closed. Leaking ceilings. This place only cares about the sports teams that run their camps and leagues on the basketball courts. Operating hours are not up to par with surrounding gyms either. I received 2 late payments when my wife's credit card had been stolen and I gave another card in its place. This credit card was never used to bill my wife's account, nor was I

I just joined recently, and I'm liking it so far. Well set up, newer equipment, not too crowded, and friendly staff.

The place is just awful when grading it for quality of food. Have not tried their pizza yet but hamburgers and apps and House salad were all pretty awful ! My daughter has v ball practice there so for a couple drinks it's fine and the
Bartenders are all very friendly and professional just not a place to eat.

Went in to cancel my membership today. Turns out they will be charging me $120 for October’s fee, November’s fee, and an “enhancement fee” when I won’t even be using my membership for either of these months or this coming year.
The customer service at this facility is severely lacking and I would not recommend this gym to anyone. They are so unaccommodating and rude that I will never be back.
If I could give them zero stars on this experience alone, I would. They need to learn that this I not how you KEEP business and customers.

I called this facility today to inquire about Hydro cycling class, the drive for a group of us would be 40 minutes one way. We really wanted to try this class for 1-2 months. After speaking with Nick, he was quickly answering my questions and was not welcoming me to ask additional questions. I was also trying to write the details down. He then states he was very busy. So I stated I will just call back later when it's less busy. I did not say goodbye.
He disrespectfully hung-up on me. Needless to say the group of people that I train with will erase this option off of our list.

Reviews and star ratings says it all. This place is garbage. Every staff is rude and placates to the gym goers vs the basketball kids and families. Problem is, the gym is crap and all over the place in little rooms and I've never actually seen anyone working out. They won't let you sit anywhere because that's the gym people. Yea, those people who are not really here. The bar area is as slow as molasses. Usually only 1 server working and she's rude and impatient too. Food is average at best too. Went to a basketball game here and they had no air conditioning in, you guessed

I have only been here 3x but the vibe from the seasoned regulars is positive, so I'll be joining. I was here for a free trial week, used recumbent bike and strength machines two early mornings and took a Pilates reformer class one evening. Not overly crowded esp at 5am, lol. Clean and all front desk folks were friendly and helpful as there are different stairwells and it's lay out is kind of going to take a while to figure out. I have a good feeling about it.

Nice sports center on the edge of the city, nice area. Unique building design with 4 full court basketball courts. Also have a restraunt and bar if your there all day for a tournament.

We go for sons basketball tournament the place charges so much money and there is no seats available...the lady who sits by the table very ignorant....staff not friendly at all...they need a customer service bootcamp for sure

Love this facility. I have belonged to several other gyms, but have made the most progress here. The trainers are terrific and are invested in their clients success!

Wide variety of group studios (yoga, cycle/spin, reformers, water bicycles) and fitness classes as well as the standard equipment. Small and personal, never a wait for equipment. Clean (like extremely clean) locker rooms, I’m not sure anyone uses them they are so clean! Staff is personable and in most classes, I miss a class, I know someone wonders why. It’s great for accountability. Coffee and juice bar, adjacent restaurant, ideal spot!

I have been a member of this gym for almost a year and I have no complaints. The staff has always been courteous to me, greeting me with a towel and "hello" when I walk in and a "have a good day" when I walk out. Unlike the many other reviews, I have never had any issues with safety nor cleanliness of the place. I think they offer a good variety of equipment as well as classes, and a majority of the time there are very few people at the gym. The few classes I have attended, I thought the class instructors were energetic- Aubrey, Dan (who no longer works here) and Jessi.

Great staff, clean club, the building is old but kept up. I take 2 or 3 classes a week with different instructors and they are all top notch. Some days I work out on my own and the equipment is never crowded. Everything I need.

It's a "score" every time I go here! A great value, great facilities- caters to the whole fam!

Laissez-faire response from management regarding safety concern ...

As I recently purchased yet another scar treatment package and saw another picture showing off the scar on my calf, I was reminded that I had yet to write this, my first Yelp review. I'm not one to take to social media for anything, but felt the need to make others aware of the hazard that is in the women's steam room at Score Sports Center and the owners' apparent lack of concern over it.

What's not to love about this place? I'm on the first week of a trial membership and I've really been enjoying it. The staff are professional and courteous, the facilities are clean and all the equipment works. Then you have the restaurant and the fabulous food. Taco Tuesdays are my favorite! Give it a try, especially if you're local. You won't be disappointed!

All this club is about is Money, Money, Money.

I had to cancel my membership due to finances. I was told by the front desk that I was only going to be charged one more month of my membership per my contract. Well what I found out I was charged for 3 months of my membership. I was told that it was cancellation fees. This was not the first time that the workers at the front desk had "misinformed" members about cancellation fees. 'When I called the staff was not helpful and unsympathetic when I called to express my outrage they said

I was fortunate to attend the Mothers' Day Brunch at SCORE SPORTS CENTER in Willow Springs. The facility is beautiful and there is attention to cleanliness and the appearance of class areas. I was greeted with a smile from each staff member I encountered. They were pleasant and enthusiastic to answer any questions.

The restaurant had a special menu selection for Mothers' Day. It was innovative and delightful. My choice was very enjoyable. Chef Marco came out into the dining area to be sure everything was satisfactory.

I recommend you visit SCORE and check out all the amenities.

Came in to see what they offer if I joined. Different classes, nice equipment. Nice, friendly staff. Clean place, but a little bit pricey for me.

This place has fantastic equipment and programs that are orientated towards any level of fitness. The trainers and staff are very friendly and willing to help new members. Make sure to take advantage of the great classes that are offer like yoga and spin!

Every time I come back to this facility I'm always amazed that they never fixed their employee problem. These have to be be the rudest people I've ever met in my life and clearly don't give a rat's patootie about their customers. I hope they close this place down.

My experience was great overall. The equipment is newly updated. Reception and the people there were friendly. This is only my first week, so I still need to try new things like the sauna, swimming pool, and certainly the daycare for my kiddos, when needed. Looking forward to all this and more!
