Bo has been in the midstream business for more than 30 years. He was named CEO of Moda Midstream in 2018, after serving for approximately three years as the company's Executive Vice President, Commercial and Business Development. Before co-founding Moda, he served as Senior Vice President of Commercial & Business Development for Oiltanking North America (OTNA).
Javier brings Moda more than 20 years of engineering, business development and commercial experience. Prior to Moda's formation, he served as Vice President of Engineering for Oiltanking North America (OTNA).

He started working at Oiltanking in 1996 and assumed roles with increasing responsibility including: General Manager of Engineering for OTNA, Business Development Manager of OTNA, Trading Business Development Manager in Latin America, Managing Director and member of the board of directors for Oiltanking Mexico (OT Mexico), and Commercial Director for OT Mexico.
Ian Levine joined the Moda team in 2015. Prior to joining Moda, Ian was a member of the energy investment banking group at Deutsche Bank in Houston, where he focused primarily on providing advisory services to midstream, downstream and oilfield services companies. Prior to working for Deutsche Bank in Houston, Ian worked in Deutsche Bank's New York office, where he specialized in debt origination for the broader natural resources sector.
Moda Midstream is supported by an initial equity commitment of $750 million from EnCap Flatrock Midstream and the Moda management team.
