I just set up my car and renters insurance with Metreol O’Donnell and he was nothing short of amazing. I was fairly disorganized and not sure what I needed, but he took his time to help me understand every aspect of each policy to make sure it was right for my needs. I so appreciate his patience and professionalism, and most of all his genuine care and concern for me as a policy holder and client. Don was quick to update our address and policies when we switched from another (less responsive) agent. He also communicated where things were in the process and let me know when everything was handled. I really appreciate how everything was handled and would recommend this office to anyone!

I’ve been with State Farm through my ups and downs for 7 years now and they’ve always taken care of me when I’ve needed them. Local agents make policy adjustments and inquiries very easy and simple to understand. Highly recommend if you live in or near downtown and want a local brick and mortar insurance agency to deal with.

I switched to Don Middleton as my agent because he asked me questions, had me think about things and made suggestions no one had before offered me. It felt like he really wanted to get to know me as an individual and answered all my questions so he could advise me accurately. I have been insured through this establishment for a couple of years now.
I chose this location for the convenience downtown.
Although I don't work near them any longer,
I stay here because I know everyone, I've met the owner and established trust on a first name basis with a favorites-
If I had an issue with an accident or had to submit a claim, they have been prompt about getting it fixed so I can move forward in my life-
I recommend using them for all areas that need to be covered in life-
It's been less stress for me and less worry -

I was a State Farm customer from 16, until 28 (I got married, and I joined my husband's insurance policy...Sorry State Farm). I don't have much experience with other agents in Denver, but I know that Don was the kindest man I have ever had the pleasure of being insured by. I have been a State Farm customer for over 10 years and relatively satisfied until my agent retired and I was transferred to Don Middleton's agency. I have had nothing but constant problems and empty promises ever since. A few examples include failing to fix the mailing address on my various policies for almost a full year (and multiple calls and emails) after I moved. They insure my home and transferred the policy over the phone from one address to another, so it should not have been a mystery. This resulted in 11 months of refund checks, statements, and policy notices going to the wrong

After 8 months of constant mistakes by this agency (including forgetting to credit a large amount of money back to my account, writing the wrong type of insurance, forgetting to send out proof of insurance to the mortgage company), I decided to leave.
Lizze is amazing and I hope she finds a job at a more reputable agency.
I wouldn't recommend doing business with Don Middleton or his agency.
