The last two times I've been here horrible! This one guy here ripped me off for sure and then today they had a six cent for every bottle well i got there at 1215 it was packed crazy so i waited a few minutes outside still wasnt moving still waiting at 1225 the same guy who ripped me off wanted to locked to door so I ran over like wait I've been waiting it was just so crazy in here hes like come on Im like I got some more bags he proceeds to tell me I can only come in with whats in my hand I said thats not fair I've been waiting

I just went here yesterday! Friendliest workers in the world. They are quick, efficient, and honest. Anytime I need to recycle, this is my go to place. The place is always hopping, good music while you wait, and interesting characters to converse with while you wait. I'd like to one day meet the owner and shake his hand...finally, someone that knows how to run a reputable, honest recycling joint in the 585!

Greeted with a warm welcome. Counts all my bottles and cans. I keep my hands relatively clean, and I just sit back and let them do all the work. I wish this place the best of luck. They know what they're doing and I think they're doing it to make this place a better place. Great customer service by everyone there.

ROC Recycling is doing a great job of providing us with a Greener Rochester, just like they promise. They really help to cut back the recycling costs to local companies as well as reducing the carbon footprint of each business.
