I ordered 10 custom-made shirts from this company at a cost of more than $2,000. Nearly 12 weeks later, no shirts have been produced. Zero. Zip. Nada. Just a quick update -- we are now at the 15-week mark, and still no sign of any shirts. Something seriously fishy about this company. My advice is to avoid at all costs.

Purchased a custom shirt from Ezra to go along with an off-the-rack tux I purchased elsewhere. Had my alterations done by Best Fit Tailoring, which made for convening one-stop-shop to complete my outfit. My custom shirt shipped in about 2 weeks. Was super helpful to have Ezra measure and advise to make the custom shirt purchased right on the first try. A little pricey, but considering the service and the stress reduction that came with a pro measuring and advising me, I felt it was good value. I highly recommend Ezra's service for the purchase of custom shirt.

Ezra did a great job with my suit jacket. He is extremely knowledgeable about the style and material, making the whole process extremely simple, interesting, and fun. The button-down shirts that he sells in his store are also extremely comfortable and well designed. I would definitely recommend his store for anyone interested in high-quality clothing.

I've had custom suits made by several places in DC and my experience with Ezra was without a doubt the best. He's knowledgeable about the field and his house style is timeless. I've had him make two suits so far (a navy tropical wool and the 3-piece plaid flannel below) and will absolutely be using him again in the future.

Ezra provides an unmatchable experience and truly excellent craftsmanship in his clothing. The best in DC for a men's clothing, bar none.

It was really difficult finding a blazer for my body type and the kind of fit I wanted. I researched having a jacket made and heard a lot of experiences and advice from other people. Two things came out of this.

1. The person measuring you needs to have experience to understand what you want and be able to measure you properly.

2. They should be able to give good advice but not be pushy.

Ezra took his time to explain all the options, make some great suggestions and explain the history of certain trends. He did all of that without being pushy or making the process seem rushed. This was an amazing

Decent clothing and service, maybe alittle over priced.Definitely a selection of good assortments. Very inconvenient location and no parking the staff knows and has a good idea of textiles however they are way overpriced.

I wanted to have a beautiful suit for my upcoming wedding and went to one of the many "made to order" companies that have sprung up recently. They did a horrible job and the suit they produced was unacceptable. With little time to spare I found Ezra Paul. Thank goodness. Ezra has an amazing eye for fit and spent a great deal of time working with me to ensure that the suit fit my decidedly not off the rack build. The result was a gorgeous suit that required almost no alterations when it came back from the tailor in Italy. It is well constructed (full canvass) and perfectly tailored. I was nervous

I bought a custom suit from Ezra for my wedding. My experience was phenomenal. Ezra did not apply sales pressure when I first walked through the door. His relaxed demeanor allowed me to comfortably discuss my design goals after which he explained how he could deliver the right suit for me. The materials and craftsmanship - all sourced from Italy - are top notch and do justice to Ezra’s classic design aesthetic. My suit was delivered on time and needed very few adjustments. Before ordering I was able to make a few customizations such as adding a ticket pocket and choosing the color of the lining

My husband loves this place for the menswear. Ezra is great and if you ever need to know anything about suits, he's my go-to. Highly recommend.

I don’t post reviews publicly as a rule, but I’ll break the rule for this. Ezra just made two beautiful suits for my wedding (one for my brother / best man and one for me). He worked with me over a long period of time and worked through some difficulties I’ve always had finding a proper fit. I’m admittedly very difficult to fit because I have very square shoulders and a barrel chest, but Ezra was patient and got it just right. I’d had some pretty disappointing experiences trying out other local suit makers leading up to finding Ezra, and he was the only one with the patience and experience

My husband was referred to Ezra Paul by a friend who had used them for his wedding tuxedo, so we made a point of stopping by the studio while in DC last summer. My husband has an incredibly hard time finding clothes that fit (he's tall & slender), and his aforementioned friend has a similar body-type. Though the pre-made suits looked better on him than any he'd found before, they would still have required a bit of tailoring. In the end, we opted to have Ezra make my husband a custom suit as well as a few dress shirts.

The number of different fabric choices bordered on overwhelming

Ezra is knowledgeable, personable, and passionate about men's clothing. His style is updated but classic. Ezra worked with me patiently over several weeks to put together a bespoke suit, beginning with fabric selection, details, and multiple fittings. Ezra helped piece together a three piece suit for my wedding. His attention to detail was unparalleled. Ezra meticulously matched the color of the groomsmen's ties to the bridesmaids dresses (we sent a swatch of the dresses for reference.) The experience was so exceptional that we decided to fly Ezra to Minneapolis to measure and outfit the groomsmen for trousers and vests as well. The suit arrived exactly to my specifications with just the trousers needing to be hemmed. I ordered two dress shirts as well and am excited for those to arrive.

I have purchased custom shirts from Ezra a couple of times. The first time at his previous location. They have quickly became my favorites.
Since the shirts were so nice (and reasonably priced for custom) I decided to step up and treat myself to a custom suit in dark navy. Ezra did not disappoint! The fit was slim without making me look like I was trying to be a Prada model; and it was perfectly cut the first time, the only thing I needed to do was get the pants hemmed.
I'd definitely recommend stopping in the next time you're in need of a beautifully tailored piece of clothing.

Ezra made a custom suit for my wedding a couple of years ago and I could not be happier with it. Buying a suit can be intimidating - and cost prohibitive - especially at a bespoke kind of shop. But the owner here, Ezra, put me completely at ease during the process. My purchases were for my wedding and the quality delivered was perfect. I also purchased some custom fit shirts for groomsmen - as my gift to them - and even though my buds were not in DC to get measured, Ezra was able to get in touch with them on their measurements, and the shirts were a hit.

My husband purchased a custom made suit from Ezra Paul for our wedding a couple of years ago. It's still the best suit he's ever bought. Sharp and well-tailored the suit is flattering and hip but still a classic. My husband wanted a blue suit which can be a tricky color sometimes and Ezra picked the perfect fabric which is really timeless and elegant. He's worn the suit many times since and gets lots of compliments every time. He'll definitely be coming back for more now that the store is open. Highly recommend!
