Founded in 1966, Medical Center Pharmacy is the oldest Independently owned community pharmacy in Fairbanks, Ak. Centrally located on Airport Way, in the same building as Image Optical and Urgent Care (US Health Works). The year 2016 celebrates 50 years of continuous service to the Fairbanks community.
It has had 3 owners in it's history James Murphy, Jerome Jackson, and current owners Gerald KW (Jerry) and Nancy Brown. Jerry grew up in Fairbanks, and we have raised a family in the community. Pick up all of your prescriptions in just one trip with our medication synchronization service.

Walked Past the pharmacy at least 50 times and never stopped. Decided to check if they had something that all the others were out of. Not only did they have it. Pharmacist Gerald was probably more helpful than doctors during doctor visits. Answered questions, suggested alternate products that better suited my need, and was overall extremely pleasant. A+ service! I will use them again and frequently.

I went to the US HealthWorks urgent care for the prescriptions and they were filled within 25 minutes at Medical Center Pharmacy. Jerry was VERY knowledgeable--it blew us away! He made sure we were set to go and had everything we needed to kick the illness. Make sure to bring any pharmacy insurance card (not just medical insurance) with you because this is a privately owned pharmacy.

Great staff who really take their time to make sure you are getting what you want at the best price. I saved a ton switching from Wal-Mart and they are so quick I have rarely waited for over 5 minutes after drop off to be done and on my way. Have been using them for over 7 years now and I have no plans of switching! Their hours are great and I would recommend them to everyone!

Best pharmacy in town! Jerry offers a wealth of information - schedule a consultation with him to hear about your medication options/interactions. He gives friendly, reliable advice with patience and understanding. In addition, Nancy and Brenda work hard to fill your prescriptions and answer any questions. This is the only pharmacy I'll use.
