At Mullen Bros. Jewelers, we've stood behind our rings for over 120 years, but we've never put a formal warranty in writing. If one of your diamonds should fall out of the ring, we'll replace it. Worn prong, broken shank, or just need a ring resizing? It's covered by our low cost annual warranty program.

I used Mullen Bros. to custom make an engagement ring. Both Amanda and Lynn provided excellent guidance and service every step of the way. I was able to take home an incredible, unique engagement ring that blew my fiancee away! The entire staff that I interacted with provided a professional, personal touch to the entire ring-buying process.
I have returned with my fiancee for ring cleaning and they were kind enough to send a $100 gift card to us around the holidays (no strings attached!) which really made us feel valued.
We will certainly be using them for all of our jewelry needs going forward

Mullen Bros are literally the BEST custom jewelers in the country! I ordered a customized wedding band set from this company 9 years ago. Unfortunately, I lost my wedding band recently. I was really disappointed since it was a custom and very unique. So 9 years later I'm calling Mullen Bros hoping there was ANY way they could help me with some sort of replacement. After sourcing all the original elements of the ring, they called me back a week later and said YES, they can recreate the same exact ring! I highly reccomened Mullen Bros Jewelers. Purchasing an engagement ring can be stressful. After shopping around I went in and seen Bob III he was super helpful in every aspect of purchasing the ring. He was very informative and patient with me. I never felt like he was trying to force the sale he made sure i was happy with my decision before making the purchase. My fiancé loves her ring and we recently visited to buy our wedding bands and were welcomed by then staff by our first names. When you go to Mullen you get honest and top notch service. My diamond in my engagement ring has been passed down from generations. I moved to CT 8 years ago and when my husband proposed with this ring, it was in need of a new setting. I searched for months to find the right jeweler for my wife's engagement ring. Mullen Bros. was not only extremely knowledgeable, but they were beyond patient showing and explaining to me the different types of diamonds, settings, etc. I built an incredible ring that was significantly better than I thought I could ever afford. My wife and I went back for our wedding bands and I've been back multiple times for other gifts. I've recommended numerous friends and family to here with similar reviews. It's time for an update just to add some new information. I've always been happy with the items I've bought at Mullen Brothers and the service is always great. In the past I've brought items in for repair which were hand carried to a local repair person.
This has changed for the better. They now have an on-site repair person. I'm rough on my wedding and anniversary rings and since I've been married for 23 years, the bands on my rings had worn thin and recently bent and split. I walked in without an appointment and was able to meet with Sue, their goldsmith

Picked up my ring this week and am VERY happy with it. Everyone was great- Bob Sr. , Bob Jr. And the rest of the staff are very nice. I had an idea of what I wanted and they had it designed to EXACTLY what I was hoping it would be. It's perfect. I will definitely be back for some more jewelry-their cases are filled with just gorgeous things!

He asked me questions about what I thought my fiancee would like, and started showing me different categories of rings, helping me focus on a particular category. I was very comfortable with the final decision, and never felt pressured during the entire process. My fiancee tells me constantly it's the perfect ring for her, and Mullen Brothers is to thank. I was looking for a nice jewelry store that would give you a fair price for a diamond ring that I didn't want. The reviews I found led me to believe that Mullen Bros was the right place to go. Bob Mullen III waited on my guy and I. He explained the process and was very fair with the negotiations. I now have a beautiful diamond engagement ring that I love. Even though I was wearing my yoga attire, complete with messy hair and flip flops, the saleswoman was so attentive, respectful and helpful. She sat me down in front of the engagement ring counter and pulled out what seemed like dozens of rings
