This is the second time I have contacted Add Staff Inc for help finding a job and the second time they have successfully found me a long-term position. Had to reach out to them again because of COVID layoff and they had me working within a week of me submitting my application. Rebecca and Amanda were responsive, supportive, and helpful. This place is nefarious and unprofessional. They offered a job to me without an interview then when I asked to speak to the client to ask a few questions about the job, they suddenly said they were no longer hiring at this time. There was zero communication from Karen regarding this and it took a call from myself to call to do her job. Then I was sent absolutely ridiculous job descriptions that were way off in pay and skills. When I inquired, they kept lying and saying they hadn’t heard back from the employer but would let me know. I've been to quite a few temp agencies, and Add Staff were the best. Being 61 I wanted away from manufacturing, Add Staff was the only ones who would listen. They found me something I was used to doing and I swear the best, stress free job I could ever ask for. My job just asked for me to be extended 6 mos to a year. Add Staff is by far the best employment agency in Colorado Springs, bar none. I have worked with about every other one, I think! Some don't care where they place you, they just place you. That may be fine if that is what you are looking for, but if you truly want to stay with a company, and be considered for long term placement, you don't want to be placed just anywhere on a whim.

Question, if you must insult your candidates by "explaining" what a resume is for, detailing out how a client wants the resume to explain what we did in our positions, then why do you conduct an interview at all? If the resume and testing are detailed to that degree, what is your function? And, why is there first a waiting room, then an interview room--which does not have a computer for you to pull up the testing scores--so you have to go to a third room and call back? And being offere "sink water" (the receptionist's exact words) since you dont have anything to offer

Great company. I've worked with staffing agencies in the past who did not seem to try very hard or the clients get lost in the mix. Not so here. Add has been a great experience. My interest was taken seriously and Amanda Stahnke fought to find me the best possible fit for my experience and skills. She negotiated a very aggressive pay rate which exceeded my expectations and gave me the pay I really wanted. After I completed the easy registration and tests, I was offered multiple job opportunities regularly. There were even fun, side jobs like helping w/ a company 5K on the weekend, and the time sheet/payment website they use is simple. Rebecca Fontecchio was such a fantastic, swift, and considerate staff consultant and I highly recommend her if you work with Add Staff. I contacted Add Staff via email in 2015 prior to me moving to CO. Upon relocating here, I went to the office and introduced myself. I went to this place a year ago. Filled out all of the necessary paperwork and gave them a resume. Proceeded to have them send me their "tests" they give asking various questions and taking the Microsoft Word and Excel tests. I didn't have the versions they sent to me on my computer so I'm pretty sure I didn't do so great on them as the versions I worked with previously are now updated. I was told they would hang on to my resume and to check back with them periodically and they would do the same. Well, it's been a year now and I haven't heard a peep out of
