We understand that arriving at a chiropractic office for the first time can be nerve racking. If you've never experienced chiropractic care before, you may not know what to expect when you come to our chiropractic office for the first time. Filling out paperwork, learning new faces, and getting to know your way around the office can be an overwhelming experience.
In some ways, one could say that chiropractic care is a bit like building a house - certain things have to happen in a particular order in order for everything to stand strong and work together correctly. When building a house, if you tried to build your walls before you had a solid foundation, your walls would be weak and eventually may even collapse.
You should bring your insurance card and any relevant medical records for the doctor to review. Additionally, for your convenience, we have placed commonly needed forms below. New patients should complete the Intake, Advance Beneficiary Notice, and HIPAA forms. If you were involved in an accident, please fill out the Auto Accident Questionnaire as well.
Most people are under the assumption that if they don't feel any pain that there is nothing wrong with them - that they are healthy. Unfortunately, pain is a very poor indicator of health. In fact, pain and other symptoms frequently only appear after a disease or other condition has become advanced.

LOVE seeing Dr. Jarina Kong! She is the best at what she does and has helped me tremendously throughout my most recent pregnancy. All the staff is extremely nice and friendly as well. Short wait times. Always quick in and out but don’t feel rushed what so ever. Would recommend to anyone looking for chiro care!

I've been here a number of times now and Doctor Kahn has worked wonders on my lower back and neck pain. I'm down to virtually none. He takes the time to get to know you and is relentless in ridding you of your pain.
The staff at the check in desk have always been friendly and welcoming as have the staff that take care of the other treatments in the back of the building.
I would recommend Fernley Chiropractic and Dr. Kahn to anyone in need of neck/back pain relief.

This is a whole-body centered, community practice with a super smart doctor at the heart of it. When David Kahn DC does an assessment it is precise and thorough, He teaches as he diagnoses. He totally knows his stuff. He can tell you what you need to hear and how to achieve it.
The staff are friendly, upbeat and professional. The treatments and the equipment are top notch.
The space is comfortable and there is a big sleepy dog to pet.
None of this booking future appointments to get your buck.

I love Dr. Kahn and all his staff. My entire immediate family and my fiancee go to Dr. Kahn as well. They do accept insurance (if your plans covers chiropractics) and they charge a very fair price for office visits.
Dr. Kahn is very personable and educated. He asks questions and makes sure to take care of your aches and pains. After your chiropractic adjustment, you also get further treatment (roller table, massage, ultrasound, strengthening exercises, etc).
I wish I could make the trip to Fernley more often. It is definitely worth the drive to go see him.

I have been treated with chiropractic care for over 20 years and have to say that Dr. D is compassionate, knowledgeable, and looks at the over all health and wellness of his patients. I have been a regular patient of Dr. D's for 5 years now. He and his staff have seen me through different health crisis' from weekend warrior stunts to chronic FMS pain and now pregnancy!
While Dr. D's title is chiropractor he is much more. He will treat/suggest/support your entire wellness to the degree in which you need/want.

I have seen several different Chirorpactors in a couple different states, and was very pleased with my experience here. Dr. Kahn is very knowledgeable and listened to all I had to say about ALL the areas that were hurting. He didn't just adjust one, area and focus soley there, he educated me on the different reasons why certain sides of my body were sore, and or lacked wider range of motion. There was a little bit of a wait, but I expect that at any doctors visit, and waiting for therapy after the adjust is great because you get to lay on a rolling massage table.
