Lone Pine Drug

Some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. I would never recommend this pharmacy. After never receiving notification my prescriptions were ready multiple times I politely complained about it and told the girl on the phone that I just wanted them to know the calls weren’t happening a lot of the time in case maybe they didn’t know someone there was not doing it regularly. she immediately replied that “they can always transfer my prescriptions to a different pharmacy for me!” So I went there to pick up my prescription and take them up on having them transfer my prescription somewhere

Bret and his crew are so friendly and on top of it. Cody and Amber are always smiling and friendly. We moved from rite aid to lone pine pharmacy. My sister switched there and her prescriptions were called in right at closing time. Brett called my sister he stayed and filled them for her. Great great pharmacy!!

Used to be great but now they never answer phone and have additude. And somehow it always is customer fault. And not open weekends. I'm done with Lone Pine.

Personality of the girl at the counter was almost rude. Like she would rather be anywhere than working.

This place has gone downhill. This is the third time I walked into the pharmacy and no one seems to know what they are doing. Medications are either misplaced or mixed up, people waiting for their missing orders.. I am done with this place! They used to be professional but not anymore! The yellow haired tech (I suppose he was a tech) was so condescending to me about my order that I left that place to never ever return again.

I have been using Lone Pine for a couple years, I use a compounded drug in a dispenser. The dispenser did not work ,we tried everything, it would not dispense the cream. I called them and was put with the pharmacist, she told me to wrap on it on the counter, sometimes a air bubble is In there and needs to be pushed out, this is after she said huh, huh, huh at least three times giving me the impression i might be lying. The drug i use is not a pain med it's a hormone replacement. I wrapped it on the counter several times. Called them back, they said they would replace but it would take several days

This is without a doubt the best pharmacy I have ever used. Every person that I've dealt with is professional and incredibly friendly. Prescriptions are filled with lightening speed, and there has never been an error or omission.

Hands down my favorite pharmacy in the valley! The staff is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, caring, and quick! I have had so many issues with other pharmacies. The people at Lone Pine Drug make going to the pharmacy a joy! I would recommend this pharmacy first to anyone looking for a better experience!

I had quick service for my prescription. They had a qualified person to give me my flu shot. They had a nice seating area if you needed to wait. This is a compounding drug store and my wife loves it.

I see some reviews say they are professional, which they are. Pretty fast as well as I see the other reviews say. The friendly part I cannot to say I had the same experience with. In fact they were very impersonal and did not even look up when I walked in. There was no line, everyone had their heads down and did not acknowledge me until someone just started talking to me without even saying hello.
