Being in the industry I would never have staff treat me the way Jeff did regarding the potential purchase of a new trailer. Being told that they do not care if you do or don't buy off them because someone else will is a bad way to go about selling. Not even an attempt to earn business which makes me second guess how they would treat you regarding service etc.

I took my RV in over the winter to have a new water tank installed. They charged me plenty and said it was good to go. I took the RV out recently and filled the water tank and water ran out all along the bottom of the coach. I returned to this place , they once again they said they fixed it. I brought it home and filled it again. Water ran out the bottom of the coach. They tried to make me look foolish by saying I had left a valve open. Nope. The water runs out and they run a terribly customer unfriendly business. Don’t go there. They are either cheaters or stupid.

James Wolfe, can you explain to folks why RV Center Montana took $2500 from Maggie Anderson for a NEW water tank that LEAKS. When she took the unit back, they told her she "left a valve open". See the picture, that is water RUNNING OUT OF HER COACH!! NOT from a valve that was left open. You might want to get in front of this. This thing is going viral on FB.

What a great experience for what would normally be an uncomfortable one. I usually don't care for walking on lots and having sales people swarm me. The folks at RV Center let me browse on my own until I had some questions. Erik not only knew everything about the Lance travel trailer I ended up buying but he made the process super simple and comfortable. The purchase process was pretty straightforward and the training I received was super helpful. I bought a new Northern Light 9.6 truck camper here. I absolutely love it. My salesperson was Ricky, and he was fantastic, over the period of a month, while I figured out just what I wanted. He was alway patient and NEVER pressured me. The other people that have assisted me over the past year and a half have been equally wonderful. I am the type who hates buying a new vehicle because of the games car salesmen play, so I was not eager to step on the RV lot. But they are NOT like my other buying experiences. We purchased a travel trailer trailer here and our salesman Mark was a pleasure to work with, he was low pressure and answered questions as we needed but never pressured us. The finance team was great to work with. We have had some small issues and plenty of questions and the team at the service center has promptly dealt with any questions or repairs as needed.

I took my trailer in 7 weeks ago for an estimate to repair a few items I damaged whuile campong in Montana. I was told there was a 6 week waiting list for repairs. I explained I needed to get an estimate for insurance and the lady in parts and service said she would get it to me in a few days. I waited two weeks and called again to be told they had not done the estimate for labor. I have never heard from her again and will not bother to call them again. Thank God for Amazon and Steer In Trailer Sales in Three Forks. I have gotten spare parts to repair the trailer.
