We care for children of all ages, from birth to age 18. Newborns, toddlers, adolescents and, teens are all welcome in our office. We offer a range of appointment availability and will try our best to work around your schedule. Give us a call to schedule, and call as soon as possible if you need to reschedule an existing appointment.

Dr. Polo is a board certified pediatrician who graduated with honors from the University of Illinois College of Medicine in 1996. She is a supporter of breast feeding mothers and prenatal education, among other pursuits. She has also completed her Post Master's Certificate Program as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and additional certification as Pediatric Mental Health Specialist.

We strive to make every office visit pleasant and relaxed, and will do whatever it takes to make you feel confident. We're devoted to improving the lives of the children by providing quality care in a child-centered environment. We invite you to spend some time reviewing our staff page and get to know us.

In order to help parents be prepared for appointments, we supply a number of common medical forms for you to download and print. We encourage you to fill these out at home and bring them with you to your appointment in order to help prevent distraction and save time. Children and teens who intend to play sports need to have a physical exam.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the American Academy of Pediatrics recommends that routine immunizations be provided at regular intervals in an effort to prevent illness and outbreak. Government vaccine information statements (VIS) are given to parents prior to the vaccinations. Please call our office to schedule your child's immunizations or with any questions and concerns you have.
