THE WORST COMPANY EVER. I ordered boxes in Oct. 2019 4 simple designs.
It took 3 months to receive the boxes. Once they arrived, I found out that they were incorrect. Jeff, their employee told me "we missed a step in production"
I requested a refund at that point in return they told me that they'll honor a refund if I paid to ship the useless boxes back.
Instead, I gave them another try. We're In April now and I still haven't received a single box from them and they refuse to refund me.
I have dealt with 6 people over the past 6 months and every time someone leaves

I recently ordered 2000 boxes from Custom Boxes Hub. The team there was very patient and responsive to all my revision requests (getting changes back to me in hours, not days), which are virtually unlimited (help with artwork was included for free, as was shipping). I apologized for being so fickle and picky about corrections and details but was assured not to worry, that they make whatever updates are necessary until I am satisfied - which they did.
