Each vehicle will have the inner and outer door handles, steering wheel, shift knob, radio buttons, ignition key, turn signal stalks and center console disinfected at the beginning of service and at completion.
Repair - We will update you on your repair and schedule pickup arrangements using the phone. Payment - We can take payment over the phone via a credit card and place your receipt inside your vehicle. If you prefer to use cash or check you can come inside. Get your vehicle ready for spring with $10 off any repair or service over $100 and $20 off and repair or service above $200.

They were able to get my parts ordered in, (older vehicle) and we scheduled the appointment. They gave me an estimate before ordering the parts with a time estimate for repair. The only hang up was that the previous parts were aftermarket and thus it took a little extra time to swap out. They kept me informed of the extra time required and the total cost did not seem any higher than the original estimate.

My husband and I travelled to Cody, Wyoming. During a snow storm, our windshield wipers broke and needed to be repaired immediately. My husband recently had surgery and was unable to fix them himself. We contacted Technical Cowboy Automotive and Charles Cloud told us to bring it in right away and so we did. He was able to order and fix the wipers for us in a timely manner and did and excellent job!

I was on a cross country trip with my family to Yellowstone. Just leaving the park, the check engine light went on.
I stopped in this shop at about 3pm on a Tuesday. Charles Cloud was able to diagnose and fix my broken spark plug in less than 2 hours despite it being late in the day and being busy with other customers. If you have car trouble in Cody, come to this store!
