I’ve used Ace Plumbing on 4 occasions. Each time, Travis responded very quickly, always alerted me if he was going to be delayed, and when he was on his way. Our faucet no longer drips, but this repair cost us $350 because the plumbers didn't know how to take our faucet apart and reassemble it properly! It took them about 5 hours (the last two hours, with two plumbers working on the faucet.) They couldn't even acknowledge that they didn't know how to fix the face properly. Instead they blame their difficulty on the manufacturer, even though our faucet is 20 years old. Travis proudly tells us the faucet had a "manufacturer's defect which we fixed for you." They also replaced the shutoff valve under the sink.
