In simplest terms, a subluxation a.k.a. Vertebral Subluxation) is when one or more of the bones of your spine (vertebrae) move out of position and create pressure on, or irritate spinal nerves. Spinal nerves are the nerves that come out from between each of the bones in your spine. This pressure or irritation on the nerves then causes those nerves to malfunction and interfere with the signals traveling over those nerves.

I've been going to Dr. Bo since I was pregnant with my 7th child. Before setting him my labours were never less than 12 hours long. My 7th was 4 hours long from first contraction to birth. My 8th was 6 hours long. Number 9 was less than 3 hours. And my youngest (10th)was born in 7 hours. And it was the easiest, most gentle, pain free labor I have ever had. Before setting him I could barely walk past 34 weeks. After seeing him I could skip, hop and run after all my children. Thank you Dr. Bo! And your incredible office staff!!!
