Ryan shot 31 products for me and provided a example for me to see. Unfortunately, the quality of the edit was very poor. I tried to give him some directions to improve the videos and salvage the project, but he took my suggestions as an additional work that was out of scope.
My suggestion was an opening and closing with logo and a footer text (basic elements)
His response is as below :
"Take the video (as is) or pay more or cancel . "
The job cost me 31 products that I had paid for to be filmed.
