Completely disappointed with this company. I would never use them again and I definitely can't recommend them. I had a sales person come out in May, measure and give me a quote for a gate. I was given a price and told that my gate would be installed in June. I called the store and paid my deposit and by mid July I had heard nothing from the company. I called to find out what was going on and was told someone would be out the following week. The next week a subcontractor showed up and said he was there to set posts and measure, but couldn't do it because the company never scheduled someone to come

I had just moved into my house, had 3 dogs and needed about 300+ft of vinyl fencing & gates quickly; Annette, Richard and team gave us a fair and reasonable price and had it ready for us to pickup within 5 days. This is my second time buying from this company. They have treated me great! Up front pricing. Quality material. And a huge part for me is, complete products. I added onto an existing fence. And could see a huge difference in not only quality, but what I had installed had more of a complete look in the end. As simple as a small piece of c-channel makes a huge difference. I will be doing more fencing when my budget will allow

My neighbor had these guys install for him last year and did a nice job so I decided to give them a call and get a bid. They came in at a good price and were very easy to work with. Mike did a good job answering my questions and I must have called the ladies in the office 20 times, but they were patient with me and did a fantastic job with the install. Leo did the install and he was fast and efficient. He talked me through a couple things I didn't think of with my gate and mow strip. Without him helping me and answering some of my question, not sure I would have been as satisfied with my purchase

My mom had a great experience here, so we came back when it was time to get some rails for our patio stairs. Turns out we made a mistake. We went by on a Monday evening and picked out our supplies, paid, and were told everything would be ready in two days, by Weds. I called on Weds and was told everything was ready so my husband attached the… trailer and went to get it. Turns out not everything was ready. We were told that everything should be in by Fri and that they would deliver the remaining part of our order to us (that was nice and would make up for everything). We never got a call

We were so excited to get our fence completed. Now that it's done I wish we would have waited and went with someone else! The fence itself is flimsy and weirdly gapped. During the installation I kept being told "they will be out there today" and they wouldn't show up. Then once complete there were damaged areas. I had to call back and talk to them… again and again I was told " they will be out there this week to fix it" and again I was lied to. Then afterwards we called to make the final payment and the price had increased. Their version of the quote had much different writing on it than
