I had a consultation today for a possible consumer finance defense against a garnishment case that had been filed in my counties magistrate court. From the time i arrived and meeting with the receptionist named Nellie whom was so helpful & a joy to speak with (coming & going—-love her) to meeting with Mr. Hurtt, turns out through the free consultation provided that I ended not needing his services after all because i received my response from the CFPB stating that the company who was suing for garnishment is going to pull back as well as remove it from all 3 major credit bureaus & drop the suit
