Mike and team went above and beyond on my BMW. Fix the drive train, suspension. Had a nagging issue with car whenever starting car, had to wait for the idle to drop below 1000 rpm's before i could put it in drive without clunking out. Not anymore! Car is drive very tight and smooth. Can barely hear engine when idling. Also had body work done on rear bumper. Can't tell there was ever any damage. Worth the cost for all the repairs.

JJ Bergamo is the equivalent of a Swiss watchmaker for auto repairs. My Tacoma has over 130k miles and every time JJ Bergamo touches my truck it runs like a Swiss watch. Accurate, tight and smooth. Mike and his team are top notch! I finally found somewhere to take my vehicle where the staff is professional and knowledgeable! Mike makes sure all bases are covered and checks everything thoroughly. As a woman, I felt comfortable that I wasn't getting ripped off and was treated with the utmost respect. Excellent!!! I think I found my forever mechanic shop. The service and professionalism were top notch...no bs, straight talk and thorough!!! So happy with the service. Came in for an unexpected flat in early evening, returned for a set of new tires and re-assuring tests. Very professional and friendly environment. Mike was great and certainly makes one feel comfortable. The shop is very clean with a nice waiting area. I was also impressed with the mechanics in shop. Recommended it to a couple of friends.

Great business. I came to the shop for a set of wheels and tires for the winter. Mike made the process extremely seamless. He showed me around the place and explained/showed the work he's done with his staff.
My ordered and came in fast and was installed quickly the following day it arrived.
It was a great experience to meet an owner who truly takes pride in what the business does and stands for. I'll definitely be back in the future and recommend friends & family.
