A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to make a reservation for Regular & Summer Season dates (Peak Season Dates require 25%). This deposit is applied towards your rental. Deposits may be made by cash, check, or credit/debit card for no extra charge. At the time of reservation a credit card on file is required (cancellations made less than 14 days in advance will be charged 50% of total rental).
