H16 (H16 has 26 Gauge Exterior, 28 Gauge Interior and an R-Value of 14.5, The H20 has a 26 Gauge Exterior, 28 Gauge Interior and an R-Value of 14.5 Plus we have a similar door - the R-25 which is 3 thick which (like its name has an R Value of 25.)

Nobody answers the phone, seems to be one worker running around like a chicken without a head. Comes to do a repair then says I have to leave to go to another job yet hasnt fixed my issue. Has to come back 3 days later and upsold me a new garage door motor rather than fixing the original issue. Was told the owner is retired, so who is running this place ?

Our garage door was not working so I called the store. They explained over the phone how to troubleshoot it and I was able to easily and safely solve the problem myself with guidance. It turned out to be a very minor issue but we hadn't been able to figure it out ourselves. They were very friendly and helpful.
