In 2018, Michael's House Washing was founded in Deland, Fl. After seeing the growth in Volusia County, it was apparent that homes built 15-20 years ago wouldn't age well because of all the new communities coming to the area. The fresh coat of paint, the new roof, and the beautifully built construction made old homes unappealing to newcomers in the area.
