Amazing company! I requested a bouncy house for a Saturday party. As the date got closer, they told me they would contact me 2 days prior to confirm date & time of delivery. They delivered Friday evening EARLY and picked up Sunday ON TIME! They were kind and helpful and let's not forget the best price around! This will my go to company for all my kids parties!

Five start for great communication and great customer service... Company answering questions quickly through email or chat (website) I have not seen many reviews here for but I checked it out for myself and decided to give them a rating. I can tell you that their website is so easy to read regarding prices and choices of rental very professional pictures, very detailed with information. Other website was hard to find price and package deals. Therefore, they get a 5 stars. My rental is not until a couple weeks Iām getting Package #4 I will come back to update this review after service are completed

This was the 1st time I had rented a bounce/wet slide. I don't usually leave reviews, but I have to say Mega Bounce Rentals was on time, clean, and very helpful on what I needed for my party and was very impressed with their services.
