Ties 11/23 around 530pm & a driver of one of PuroClean's vans was speeding on Ka Uka Blvd. Not sure why but he honked & as he drove past, the passenger of his van stuck out his hand & gave the middle finger.
What a way to represent the company. In a company vehicle. Would never ever use this company or recommend if this is how their employees are.

My office was flooded back in March and I needed someone to come out and assess the damage asap. My school was about to close for Spring Break and I needed to have all the repairs completed in one week. I called PuroClean and spoke with Michelle. She immediately reassured me that PuroClean could come to the school quickly, assess the damages, and complete the necessary work. This was the same week that O'ahu had all the major flooding. Owners Michelle and Zack Ramos, and their entire crew, especially Mel and Danny in the field, and Kathy and Jenn in the office deserve 6 stars out of 5! My water damage issue wasn't an emergency, but they gave my problem immediate attention. They were super patient throughout the entire process (took over 3 months) to help me finally locate the two sources of water leaks in our master bathroom, and did a great job on demolition, mold remediation, and coordinating the testing (3rd party) to make sure there was no mold once the issue was fixed. PuroClean was contacted on my behalf after a plumbing mishap. Water was all over the floor in several areas. I had no idea what to expect. Within one hour Gino was at my door. Gino took the time to explain every detail, and the purpose of every machine. Gino had me look at the moisture instrument readings with him and set wonderful expectations. Gino had to come back everyday to take new readings and check the machines, and did an outstanding job working around our schedules. PuroClean has certainly taken care of us during our flood incident and have been there every step of the way throughout renovation. Mel and her team came immediately the next day with the dryer blowers since the flood happened late at night. When the blowers weren't enough for the drywall, they helped us pack all of our things to move to the next step of renovation. During the move, they wrapped every thing with care and took it all to the storage facility.
While renovating, COVID happened. Kathy communicated on our behalf to the insurance company to keep them updated of the renovation process

Quite awhile prior to COVID, we used this company after our place had some significant water (and mold) damage... while they were ripping out our floors, they moved our new refrigerator and put a small ding in it... We called their company several times about it and they wouldn't return our calls until I contacted our insurance company about it... then they started returning our calls...
We also kept failing the mold inspection (3x) and finally passed once my husband (who is by NO means a 'handy man') stepped in and started pointing out possible moldy spots to the 'professionals

These guys are awesome! I had some water damage and mold from a leak caused by the unit above me. My insurance contacted them to do restoration services. They called a few minutes later and setup a time to come to my home. Everyone was super professional and friendly. They brought in dryers and removed damaged walls and cabinets in half a day. Taking care to make sure everything was sealed when off when doing work so as not to dirty the rest of my home. They also made sure debris was disposed of properly and clean area immaculately. Such great service I would highly recommend to anyone! Thanks

I have seen these folks clean nearly two inches of mud and grime off the floor of an entire home during recent floods from landslides during heavy tropical rains! They were able to clean nearly all of the damage and had excellent contractors for referral for repairs. Great ohana-run, local business for those terrible moments you hope you never run into as a property owner.

I give them 5 stars for everything except price and the fact that all they do is remediate. They do not restore. They will recommend General Contractors or other service providers to finish the project after they're done. Their response was timely as is their communication. Mel who is in charge of my project, was in touch with me almost daily to keep me up to date on the progress of the project. They are very very thorough. I hardly believe that they can remove every bit of mold mildew or other contaminant caused by fire water or other damage. I would recommend them for any remediation

Twice now Zach, Michelle and the Puro Clean team have saved my business! My clinic is on the ground floor of a 3 story medical office and has flooded with sewage twice due to other people throwing kleenex, tampons, butt wipes, baby bottles etc down the toilet. Our property manager initially hired a well known restoration company which gave all the promises in the world....but they had the worst work ethics and couldnt care less....they didn't care that I had a small business and depended on every hour of business...they took the most smoke breaks one could take. Avoid this company at all costs. After a bathroom leak started to cause mold, they did the demolition work and dried it out, but never identified the actual source of the leak before referring someone (they don't do it themselves) to do the reconstruction. Then the mold started growing again because the source had not been repaired, so we had to start all over again. We will not have this company come back, not only due to their incompetence, but to the unprofessional way that they conduct business (multiple times making appointments and not showing up or even calling).

We had a leak under our toilet for a long time and didn't realize it until we had a plumber come out to fix it. They wouldn't touch it until we had the mold removed so we called a few companies and PuroClean Property Restoration Services could come out the soonest so we went with them. They were on time, clean and gave me good understanding of what they needed to do. I was pleasantly surprised at how quick it all got done and they even told my plumber when it was good for him to come back and fix.
