Treating acute injuries and chronic neck and back pain, our spine care program is individually designed for each and every patient based on their needs and goals. No matter your age, physical therapy before and after your surgery can be a crucial part of returning back to your normal activity at work & play.
From runners to ball players, we're helping athletes young & seasoned get back into their game-safer, faster, and better than before. Many have grown up with the understanding that, whenever you're about to work out, compete or otherwise push your body, it's important to stretch immediately before the activity in order to prevent injury and perform your best.

Whether you've undergone major spinal surgery or are experiencing temporary discomfort, you don't have to live with pain. Our physical therapists offer effective, long-term solutions to neck and back pain. You've probably heard of physical therapy after surgery, but did you know that PT before you undergo a procedure can drastically improve your outcomes?
If you're suffering from back pain, you're not alone. As much as 80% of the population will experience a back problem at some point in their lives.*. Back pain isn't a simple issue, and every spine-every body-is different. Acute pain-the type that is brought on suddenly from trauma-can be the result of twisting, bending, or even sleeping "the wrong way".
Physical therapy before and after surgery can reduce your recovery time, improve your outcomes, and make your healthcare dollars count. The better your strength and range of motion are before orthopedic surgery (e.g., joint replacement surgery), the better off you'll be after. That's the philosophy behind prehabilitation, or physical therapy performed before surgery.
