After over a month of trying to obtain care for our family member, they backed out and never even paid the employee for the 113 hours in which they worked for them! Wouldn’t call their employee to discuss the nonpayment for work, nor did they call to say they weren’t going to continue caring for the patient! Very poor way in which to run a business that’s supposed to be caring for terminally ill patients! Wouldn’t recommend their business to anyone! The only reason they got one star was due too the need to leave this review.
