Services
Tapas are small food items you can have as a snack or use as an appetizer. Combine 6 to 8 items and you have a great main course. The serving of tapas is designed to encourage conversation because people are not so focused upon eating an entire meal that is set before them. Also, in some countries it is customary for diners to stand and move about while eating tapas.
Carved roast beef with tasty Mexican spices and generally served with flour or corn tortillas. Southwest Mexican and American influences resulting in sliced roast beef cooked with diced onions and Mex. The old Mexican American delicacy. A tamale, made of corn flour "Masa" filled with spiced minced pork and wrapped in real corn husks.

The food was good but Diana seemed as though she was having a bad day. She was curt with me when I asked questions. We paid extra for China and prime rib. Diana forgot the silverware and had to call her 'neighbor' to bring it. We had to apologize to our guests for the food being late. Overall I don't think I'd go with Diana's catering again.
