Firestream Media helped us this summer with a deadline-driven and total redesign of the website for our national higher-education project. Carol Thomson was terrific to work with: creative, collaborative, patient, careful with details, and responsive to both new details and fixing glitches. The product was terrific, and she was great to work with. At the start of the summer, I was anxious about whether we could get the site done. She made it happen well.

We have been a client of Firestream Media since 2009, when Carol redesigned our website in Dreamweaver CS4 and CSS format. She helped us again in 2014 to create a website with responsive design using WordPress. The templates and training she provided have made it very easy for me to maintain the site. Carol is very knowledgeable about all facets of web development and is a great help whenever we need to add a new feature to our website. She is also great at video production, and created an excellent video for our 20th Anniversary celebration that really captured the history and accomplishments

I had a great experience working with Carol! I contacted her by email and she replied the same day so that we could talk on the phone and look at examples of her work. She asked me questions about the type of website I needed to build and the type of features I would need. She understood my budget and made several great recommendations, and at no time did she try to up-sell me on features I did not need or want.
