Greatest car dealership I have ever been to, very friendly staff, stayed over an hour past close to help me get a deal done and I left that lot with the nicest car I’ve ever had for the best deal I could possibly have got it for! Will do all of my future purchases through this dealership. Special thank you Richard, very patient even when I was difficult and indecisive and willingly stayed overtime to ensure I left the lot with my vehicle as promised.

My wife and I had a great experience buying a vehicle recently with Van at Crown Volkswagen of Lawrence, KS. He wasn't pushy for us to buy at all and was really helpful in showing us all the options we wanted to look at. He also gave us valuable information on financing via his business manager Dallas and also helped with other related matters. I went in over the weekend to look at a used car they had for sale. Colton and Richard were both extremely helpful and made the car buying process very stress free and easy. They were able to answer every question I had with knowledge. Colton even took the time before I left the dealership in my new car to show me how to pair my phone and work some of the accessories inside the vehicle which was extremely helpful. This was my first time buying from a dealership and I have to say I was very impressed with Crown Automotive. They were even able to get my newly purchased vehicle into the detail shop

I had a truly wonderful experience with Crown Automotive in Lawrence, KS. I previously worked with a dealership, which I was very frustrated with. I contacted Van, and within hours, we had completed my purchase. They did their best to accommodate my unique circumstances and take care of my needs the best they could. If you love your VW, do not get it serviced here. I have only had my tiguan for 3 months, and when I took it in to get new tires, i got it back with huge scuffs and scratches all over the rims that had the new tires put on (2). When I emailed the parts manager (Ed) back about an hour after i picked it up, I was basically called a liar, even after providing photos showing my rims with far less damage before my car was serviced here. Don't let them touch your VW, go to a dealer in KC...
