Team Patrick stood out as the best the Puget Sound area has to offer: their organic rankings are excellent (meaning people find listings on his site easily), their social media presence was strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their clients.

My wife and I just sold our home and then purchased a home recently through Ryan Patrick. Ryan was extremely helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable of the current market conditions. He is a fearless negotiator and has an ability to swing transactions in our favor. Ryan is an awesome communicator. He is clear, honest, and direct which is very rare in today's world. As a mortgage lender for 13 years, I have worked with many different Real Estate Agents. Ryan always goes above and beyond for his clients, to the point that I have used him personally. He is a strong negotiator, good at constant communication, and always available.
If I had to pinpoint the one main reason I trust Ryan, it's because I know he always has my best interests in mind. He knows real estate and has talked me out of buying homes that were potential money pits. In other words, he always places customer happiness over making a commission, which is not always seen in this business.

Ryan has helped us to purchase 2 houses and sell one. He is nothing short of INCREDIBLE! He always makes himself available and is patient with first time buyers and sellers alike. He took everything we wanted into consideration and made sure that we were aware of all of our options. We never felt pressured and I know that he had our best interests at heart.
