The first time I called, a lady picked up and said someone would return my call with quote details and never did. The second time I called back was a month later, I got an estimated quote through the phone and was told to come in for permit information. My husband and I about drove 45 minutes in traffic excited to get this information only to have the person that was suppose to give us the information not be present. Why tell us to come in if the person is going to leave an hour early? We were calm and understanding emergencies and families happen but was told we would receive an email with the

I ordered this shed in December and was told it would be here in March. I'm fine that it was delivered April 6th, COVID has been a thorn in every business. What I am not fine with is that every single time I called, I was told the person I needed to speak with wasn't in and I'd have to call back later. I asked repeatedly to leave messages and was told I couldn't, this was just the answering service. ??? What kind of answering service doesn't take messages? What kind of business doesn't take messages during business hours? I had to drive the 35 minutes each way to get there every time I wanted to

This was a great experience all around. The highlight was the two gentlemen who installed the shed, they were very friendly and really took the time to make it right even though the install location was very challenging. To top it all off, they helped me put my fence back up after their job was done! Consider me an impressed customer of the above and beyond service I received today!
