Each patient receives individual care, and is evaluated & treated by a licensed therapist. Below is a list a list of our services. What is Work Conditioning? Work conditioning is an individualized rehabilitation program designed to prepare the injured worker to return to work. Workers' rehabilitation programs are based on their limitations and the demands of their specific occupation.
Thank You for choosing Benton City Physical Therapy! Please complete the Patient Intake Information Forms (Including your insurance information) and the Patient History form and bring them with you to your first appointment. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first appointment. You and your attorney must sign and date the document.

I've known Dr. Lake (Carter) since I was a teenager. He is a man of integrity and kindness. I've seen first-hand his dedication to learning the latest skills and techniques in physical and occupational therapy. I was his roommate in college when I first saw his passion for learning about the human body and the thousands of bones and muscles he had to memorize! He's given me sound advice (remotely) over the years for various injuries I've experienced. This is a doctor and friend you can trust.
