I've been a customer of theirs for years and have never had any issues! They come out faithfully every time my lawn is scheduled for service and their prices are more than reasonable!
Who do I talk to if I have a problem with my service? Our office staff or service technicians can readily answer most questions concerning your lawn. Service managers are available to answer any specific questions. 2. Do you require signed contracts? No, Diamond Lawn will continue to service your lawn application to application and year to year until we are notified to stop.
2. Why do you use granular fertilizers? We only use granular fertilizer. It costs more but the slow-release fertilizers provide a long-lasting response and are safer for the turf. It also allows us to customize our programs based on weather conditions and your lawn needs. All of the fertilizer we use is considered "lake safe."
4. When can I seed my lawn? You can actually get good results anytime the grass is actively growing, however you may have to deal with weeds and crabgrass with a spring seeding. As with any new seeding proper watering is essential for good results. If a pre-emergent has been applied you may want to remove the areas and put in new topsoil for best results.

Sprays herbicide carelessly along the fenceline, damaged/killed off plants at least a foot on my side of the fence when spraying my neighbor's yard. This was destroying part of a nearly 3 year effort to build a native pollinator/rain garden and recreate habitat for monarch and swallowtail butterflies. Also nearly killed a beautiful flowering… native honeysuckle. When confronted about it, the employee said he "knows what he's doing" and never sprays into my yard.
