Hoot Owl came out to check out a drainage issue on our AC and promptly took care of the problem. I bought their maintenance package while they were here and they did the AC maintenance while they were here. I'm very satisfied with their work and the cost. The guys were friendly and I highly recommend them.

They were the only company that was able to make time to come work on my furnace after waking up to 42° house temps when it was -22°windchill outside! He was very professional and even tried to clean up the mess that he made by tracking snow in, needless to say that was the least of my worries at the time! He even changed my filter for me at no extra charge, and it was no small task to do! He had to remove several screws and a pipe to get it done, then had to cut down and hand modify a filter to fit! Excellent service and I will definitely be using their Services again in the future!
