I had a sudden loss from impact damage of my only active work computer, vital to my business. Josh was kind and empathetic on the phone and when I arrived. The owner and Josh told me the plan to try to retrieve my work information & Josh stayed late to help me get saved information from the hard drive. Josh was knowledgeable and willing to look at my other computers to see if my hard drive was compatible. I would recommend this business to personal and small business computer users. They really went the extra mile to get my business information from my software to allow me to have a working computer

I had a very poor customer service experience at PC Quest Middletown. When I took my computer in for a cleanup, the technician accidentally deleted my very specialized business software, which could not be restored without going through an expensive process with the software vendor's technical support team. There was no refund, apology or offer to compensate me for the reinstallation. Instead they directed me to the "We are not responsible for any lost data" clause at the bottom of their invoice.

I had the worst customer service I have ever experienced at PC Quest Middletown. I thought my computer was running slow and may have a virus and took it in to be evaluated. The technician Josh performed a cleanup ($130 total), and during the process, he accidentally deleted my entire business software. I had to pay the technical support people affiliated with my special software $85 to piece it back together. I lost an entire day of work, and despite Josh admitting that he had accidentally deleted the software, PC Quest refused to reimburse me for the $85. I didn't even ask for any compensation
