For over 33 years, the Law Office of Dolores Varga (now the Varga Law Offices) has been dedicated to the foundation of society: the family. Families throughout Delaware County have relied on the responsive communication and compassionate advocacy that our firm provides. The firm's local focus allows us to understand and anticipate issues and concerns unique to Delaware County.
Abbey provides compassionate counsel to clients throughout this difficult time and zealously advocates for them in court. Abbey limits her practice to Delaware County which allows her the unique ability to be completely familiar with the local rules, the Delaware County Court system and staff and the other family law practitioners in this area.
Although Dolores no longer practices, she provides her knowledge and experience to the firm when needed. Throughout the years, Dolores dedicated her career to guiding Pennsylvania families through emotionally difficult proceedings. She was committed to frankness with her clients by always being honest and up front.
Kathy Hess has lived in Delaware County her entire life. She always enjoyed the legal profession and wanted to do something in this field. Kathy began working for the District Attorney's office at the crime lab in Lima, PA until January of 1985 when she came to work for our office. Kathy has now been employed here for over 30 years and is an integral part of the office.
At the Varga Law Offices, we put a focus on resolving disputes as easily and painlessly as possible. A divorce can be very stressful on a personal level. The addition of courts, judges, and battles over children and property make the process even harder. Recently, a simpler alternative has been developed.

Abbey Varga was my lawyer for a little over 2 years. She has always led me in the right direction and given me the guidance that I have needed. Abbey fought for my sons safety and truly cared about the situation he could have possibly be put in. She was very professional but also became like a friend over the years who truly cared about me and my son. I would recommend Abbey and her services to anyone who is in a custody or support battle.

My experience over several years and several convoluted developments in my case were handled promptly and efficiently and ultimately to a best case scenario for me. I was convalescing 3000 miles away in San Diego and at my wits end when Abbey took on my case and enabled me to focus on the things i needed to do for my health while she navigated the legal system on my behalf. I can not find the words to fully express my appreciation and could not recommend anyone more highly.
