I had an issue with my policy. Husband went to to remove a vehicle he sold a month ago and they never took off the truck so I was paying insurance for a truck I did not have smh.... long story short.. I went in person talked to CAROL looks like she is the only one on the ball she gets things done right away. She took care of EVERYTHING I mean this Woman is Amazing!!!!!!!!!!! Wish all the workers were as hard working as she is. She should be givin a office manager position. She is great at what she does and enjoys helping others. Thanks Carol!
