Made an appointment and I had a terrible traffic delay which put me 10 minutes late. I called before the appointment and stated I was running late. They wouldn't stay. So they rescheduled me. I explained I have a really tight schedule and worked out another time. I didn't receive a reminder, call so I called the day of the appointment to confirm my time and they said they didn't have an appt for me. Maybe good eye service, but their scheduling staff needs some serious help. Disappointing I will not be able to use their services. I will also not refer anyone to them.

My husband & I both have had excellent experiences @ Three Rivers Eye Care.
Because we travel a lot we have been seen by other clinics & eye Specialists. We always come back to Dr Ed, the exams are thorough, the staff is pleasant. Never had the complete exam & attention to detail that we get @ Three Rivers Eye Care. Thank you.

The office staff are courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They were kind to my young daughter who came in with me. My eye exam went well and I'm confident in the assessment. The office is clean and had a very nice selection of glasses to choose from. It was a pleasant experience, I would definitely recommend Three Rivers Eye Care to family and friends.
