I was a bridesmaid in a wedding this weekend. Our bus was scheduled to show up at 3:00 PM. When the wedding was over we were ushered outside to a bus that was not there. Upon calling several times and not receiving an answer, finally THE BRIDE was able to get ahold of someone. He is the owner and he was extremely rude. He was unapologetic that not only the bride and groom but the entire wedding party were standing outside in the middle of December scrambling to find a ride to take pictures.
The wedding was Saturday. Today is Tuesday. This company has no intentions of refunding the bride and groom

I had my wedding back in September (2021) and I booked their services (party bus).The day of my wedding - they didn’t show up (no show no call). We called them, emailed them them and we were not able to get a hold of anyone. Thank god we were able to get a hold of a reliable company in town and I was able to take the wedding photos I wanted (this was the only stressful part of my wedding and the only vendor that didn’t show up). Even after the wedding I didn’t hear from them. I called and emailed them asking for a refund. John Frank responded that they didn’t show up to the wedding because
