Services
Our mission is to be honest, dependable, trustworthy, and happy while making a profit. Through strategic planning we continuously improve, integrate, and optimize our procedures to eliminate waste and inefficiencies of any kind in order to exceed ultimate customer needs and requirements at the lowest total overall cost.
APSM Systems is a vertically integrated contract manufacturing company based in Phoenix, AZ and provides circuit board assembly, sheet metal fabrication, and full product integration and testing for global OEM customers. APSM Systems is ISO 9001:2015 certified and provides both design and manufacturing services for technology products.
We are entering a new era when it comes to not only component manufacturing but also the process of smaller scale to high volume production. APSM Systems is a forerunner in turnkey product design and manufacturing, providing you the benefit of a one-stop shop when it comes to designing, building, and delivering turnkey products which are complete and ready for use.
APSM Systems is a nationwide expert in sheet metal fabrication, custom designed components and prototype design, as well as concept to working model manufacturing, but we also are a leader in printed circuit board assembly. We operate fully automated surface mount and through hole assembly lines all under the same roof as the rest of our manufacturing services.
Since the development of the assembly line process, one of the key elements which quickly evolved was the use of interchangeable parts. This allowed items to be built with pieces that were not only uniform in design, and therefore used a limited number of tools and dies in their creation, but also had the versatility of replacement parts being readily available when needed.
