They will call when they say they will call, they LISTEN to your needs and respond. promptly without talking down to you or muddling up the waters with techspeak. What else do you want? I highly recommend. Patient. Great listener. Fixed the issue with a smile on HIS face. So often you may get what you need from "tech support," but they have an attitude of "dude, I just did you a big favor." Not Cybertron IT. They are happy to help...no condescending attitude or talking over my head

Bought one of their top end PC's in Sept 2016. After sending it back a couple times, them sending me different parts a couple times, and them sending out a tech to check my power sockets (because they thought it was on my end) they finally gave up and do not care to help me anymore. At first it seemed like great customer service, but in the end they left me with a computer that does not work. Oh yea, my experience with some of their staff is the "customer is always wrong" Really a shame I was treated so bad, when I myself never yelled, or got angry with them.

I bought a CybertronPC desktop computer (with I7 6700K processor, DDR 4 Ram) from Fry's, I also got an SSD to put in as my bootable drive. Upon starting the computer Windows 10 loaded, then migrate all of the main drive to the SSD. Well, Windows apps including the Store app were not there, on either drive. Called CybertronPC tech support (in Kansas), they were very helpful. Got a link and downloaded Windows 10, burn to disc and did a fresh install, still problems with Store app. Called Tech support and again very helpful. Now Windows is running well.
