The appraisal process will give a clear indication of value for the subject property based on comparison to other similar sold properties in the area.
Building a luxury custom home is a specialty that not all Builders are trained for. The Builder must have an in depth knowledge of construction and design along with a being up to date on the industry trends. It is also important to have a deep understanding of the customer's lifestyle, to know how they live and whats most important to them.
Before the project begins an exact budget is established and unit price for alternates. A complete schedule is drafted and passed on to all the trades involved in the project. The schedule is design with flexibility to allow minor deviations as long as the overall schedule for the entire project is complied with.
