First time I went there for powdered nail dip. When I went there I was very excited coz I was first time doing powdered nail dip in my life.
1. Lady who was doing my nails she asked me, do you want diamonds on your nails I said yes. I was not aware that’s it is going to be charge extra bucks for me. When I was paying the bill then I got to know that they are charging $4 for each finger. I told that lady that you should inform me before that but she was little rude n said if u don’t want to pay we will take your diamonds out. I never said that I am not going to pay for that I just said you

I have been here several times & been more than pleased. I’m very upset with my service, I got
the “GEL / Jelly Milk & Honey” pedicure by “DAVID” & he is ROUGH! I asked him several times to be gentle & he would just look at me & continue to do exactly what he was doing. Never listened to me or made me feel relaxed. Turned my massage chair off. I had to ask the manager for someone else to finish my pedicure, I was there for 3’ hours!!! I’m very dissatisfied & disappointed overall with my service at the salon. Wow!

I have never been more disgusted with any business establishment (if you can even call this place that). The man who gave my mother a pedicure should immediately be fired. While he was removing her calluses he shamed my mother: gave dirty looks, shook his head, made a comparison between my feet and hers, and said "oh my god." GET A NEW PROFESSION IF YOU CAN'T BE MAN ENOUGH TO SEE SOME SKIN FALL OFF WHEN YOU'RE LITERALLY REMOVING DEAD SKIN

I would not recommend I spent 60+ dollars for absolutely nothing. My nails are lifting worthless gel nails. An hour after leaving the salon ridiculous.. went back for corrections got back home showered two more nails lifting- do not get your gel nails done here. Extremely disappointed

Kate and Tom are wonderful and both have an eye for detail. The entire staff is friendly and attentive every time I visit. I've been visiting this location for over 2 years now and have never had a bad experience. I'd recommend to anyone I know. Very happy long time customer!!

I actually visited Roanoke Nails & Spa two years ago when I was in the area for a wedding (I forgot to do my review then, whoops). Anyway, I'm so thankful they accept walk-ins since I needed to have my nails done for the wedding I was attending the following day.
The customer service here was amazing. I was greeted upon arriving and asked what service I wanted to be done. They were very friendly and easy to talk to.
Compared to California, their prices are pretty reasonable for the service you receive.

I tend to never find myself writing reviews because I always try to give a place the benefit of the doubt if I have a bad experience but today was just uncalled for. I arrived at 11:50am to try to get my nails done on my lunch break and was quickly seated. I started with an enjoyable girl and then an older lady took her place after about 20mins. The next 2 HOURS were painful and near kidnapping! I seriously felt trapped while this woman cut my cuticles to the point of bleeding with old rusty tools that had not been sanitized and proceeded the unevenly shape and botch my nails. Walked in on a Saturday afternoon, no appointment, and got in quite quickly. That part was nice, but the rest of my experience was awful. I got a white dip manicure and it turned out so thick, bulky, and very uneven.
1. The lady was texting other customers during my appointment.
2. I broke my pinky nail before coming in, and I told her and she glued the tip and cut it too short and had to rip it off. This hurt more than I could've ever imagined and she was way to rough and cut me, and burned me with the filing machine and should've been way neater and smoother.

Worst place with the grossest techniques anyone should endure. These people are racist as I watched then toy and laugh and speak in Their Vietnamese language shove this African American mother and daughter out the door. When they realized I spoke Vietnamese, they were so flabbergasted they just about fell over. I had no voice but to video without their knowledge the entire episode. these Nail techs apparently aren't even legal and two of them utilize an illegals , made up certificate of former employees. I'm now grasping why my two cousins contracted nail fungus and didn't know

I was looking for a new place to get my nails done since I just moved here and so I checked them out. What can I say......well EVERYONE is so nice the owner/ manager is wonderful. Tom who did my nails is a magician!! I love my nails, never had a better job done. They even serve beverages from water to soda to wine! Who doesn't love that!! This is my new spot!! Go check it out!! Make an appointment! They get busy and it's easier for the staff to accommodate you!! I was a walk in and asked. Appointments are better. And get the dip for your nails!! It's awesome!!

So had to update my original review because my daughter went with me and got the dipping powder on her fingers which usually lasts 2-3 weeks! It's been 5 days and her nails are all cracking/chipping! Definitely avoid this place if you want what you pay for!!

The place is very nice, seemed clean. The massage during the pedicure was basically just a girl touching my legs and feet, not a massage. My daughter had the exact same, no pressure "massage". They cleaned up the messy polish with a little paint brush all around every toe when they finished which I thought

Best place ever!!! Not only do I love my dip nails and pedicures, but their customer service is the best! It was pouring rain when I finished my nails today, and I had left my umbrella in my truck that was parked WAY out in the flooded parking lot. One of the sweet girls that works there took an umbrella from behind the counter and walked me out to my truck. Above and beyond the expected customer service. Love this place!!!!

Had a amazing experience!!! I went here today for the first time. I loved them. They are very welcoming and friendly. I wanted little artsy nail and showed them the picture. The lady did a great job and helped me out to pick the colors as well. I really liked them. Would be definitely getting my nails done here from now onwards. :)

This is my favorite place to get my nails done. I've gone to every salon in southlake thinking they would be better then other but I was so mistaken. Roanoke nails, nail techs are all amazing I love crystal. The owner is so amazing and accommodating. Everyone that works here are so great and welcoming. Their work is also good every time I come.
